Project Manager, Eastern Europe Responsibilities • Project management of large scale telecommunication projects. • Act as focal point towards the customer and responsible for overall delivery and communication. • Matrix /Direct management of internal resources (System Integrators, FAE’s, Solution architect, R&D, QA). • Report to the Customer Services & Support (CS&S) director. Required skills and experience • Polish Speaker- Mandatory • At least 3 years experience in complex project management roles in the mobile telecom industry (mobile operators). • Proven experience in project management tools and standard documents (SOW BOM, Project plans, risk management). • Experien ce in an international customer facing position in the region. • Willingness for frequent international travel to customer sites. • Mobile broadband industry experience- advantage. • Bachelors degree in Engineering (computing, electronics) – an advantage Technical background: • Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux & Windows • Hands-on experience with Networking – TCP/IP, component configuration, analysis and debugging. • Hands-on experience with network devices such as routers, switches firewall etc. • Experience in server-based architectures and equipment configuration • Familiar with WAP, MMS or mobile Value Added Services – an advantage • Independent and self-motivated. Able to work from a home office, as part of a globally spread organization. • Very Good oral and written communications in English. • Organization and interpersonal skills. • Flexible, Quick learner.
