Candidate Profile for the Position of Flow Process Technologies Specialist Gdansk, Poland Requirements: & #8226; University level education in chemistry with specialization in technology of organic synthesis or in chemical engineering • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in development and implementation of flow processes in organic synthesis on a scale bigger than laboratory scale • Preferred experience in use of modern process technologies like micro-reactors and purification technologies • Preferre d experience in development and implementation of technological processes for synthesis of active pharmaceutical substances • Fluent spoken and written English • Good knowledge of software for developing experiments and for process optimization and scaling Main Responsibilities: • Imp lementing projects for development, optimization and implementation of technologies for production of active pharmaceutical substances, including especially the application of flow processes • Contributin g to the development of quality specifications for raw materials and semi-finished products • Supervising the development of technological documentation for the developed technological processes • Preparing the relevant technological documentation in the English version for the purposes of DMF • Initial development of production standards • Supervising /coordinating manufacture of production batches • Coordinating activities connected with transfer of technology • Improving, optimizing and modelling of existing and new production processes with the aim of application of flow processes • Contributin g to the implementation of technological changes in the existing production processes • Contributin g to identification of needs and implementation of QbD (Quality by Design) What is expected of the candidate: • Initiative and creativity • Strong motivation to undertake new challenges • Ability to work in a team • Eagerness to act • Flexible thinking • Independence in work • Intent for professional development What we offer to the candidate: • Interestin g work in a leading API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) production company • Participation in specialist trainings • Opportuniti es for professional development • Incentive pay system Only the candidates that fulfill these requirements will be considered.
